Now I am collecting ideas for raw food start me ups or challenges. The first one I have found is the Epiphany diet via rawtimes. This one sounds very exciting! You get to eat as much as you want as long as it is raw. I would think I would gain some calories but feel really great! Has anyone out there tried this one for the full 21 days?

Now I am thinking about caffeine withdrawal, how does that get handled? Coffee beans are cooked, even burnt to a dark black carbony crisp. Mmmm. That is a hurdle for me I have tried to quit coffee for 10+ years now and have only managed to quit for a few months at a time. Any ideas?
