At first I thought he was going to tell me some interesting things, but when he got into how the stress from the animal affects the human who eats it, I began to mumble — and when he tried to convince me that drinking milk would pass along to me the stresses of cows, I mean, really, I just had to quit watching him. I think that’s really stretching things. I do, however, agree with him about feeling better when I eat fruits and veggies, and when I omit meat. I agree that when I eat right, I feel energized — but really — that other stuff is ridiculous.
