The Lemonaid Diet Master Cleanse is amazing. I'm just starting mine after watching my sister and step-mother for the last year. The success and the benefits to their health have been tremendous! My sister has diabetes and she seems to have better control when using the cleanse on a regular schedule.

Thank you for this wonderful product.

Dear All
I just tumbled on your site while searching for sugar substitute for my Ma who is recently prognosed with renal cell carcinoma((grade 4). She has one Kidney and just turned 70 and residing at this moment in Bangladesh. She is taking Sutent and in her second cycle. It all started on her Birthday which was the last week of last September. Her oncologist did not mention anything about sugar. The treatment is very expensive for our family to carry on and being in a developing country it is not easy to get the internet access and to check on if you are on the right track or not and all those mental struggle not to mention the financial one and you have to give total surrender to your doctor.
We are giving the positive energy and hope to battle. But I am really confused about the diet-- her pottasium level is low. She was taking splenda half a tea spoon with her tea and her urologist asked her to take curd and local fruit like banana and coconut water to lift her pottassiium level but gave no restriction. Though just last week she was admitted to the hospital to drain out water from her lungs and stomach and undergone very painful way of drainage also got Bleomycin injection to lower water accumulation and infection.
Is there anybody to tell me if she is on right hand and right track.

It didn't start out as pure evil, but many of the aspects that drive our SAD Food Industry were rooted in one thing: private and corporate greed.

Greed for more, faster, cheaper, tastier...

Greed for higher profits, lower costs, at any expense...

It's time to change it. :)

This sounds wonderful, a good use of the super-sweetness of ripe pineapple, to offset the potential bitterness of greens and make them tempting to little ones!

I just started the last chapter of Fuhrman's Fasting book last night. Awesome book!! It really doesn't even matter if you are thinking of fasting, the information about health with respect to what you eat is so interesting. He presents study after study and case after case on a variety of illnesses. I also read Eat to Live, however I read it so many years ago it is hard for me to juxtapose the two. I do know Eat to Live inspired me on a path to losing 20 lbs or so to get down to 135. Right now I am at 145. I feel like I want to always be reading either Fuhrman or someone like this the rest of my life. I am usually in the middle of a few different books on a few different topics. This is a subject I always feel inspired by - and research based information is really the only way that I find it interesting. I like to read those big brains talking about all the studies they poured over and applied. It is fine to read the studies yourself of course, it is just not as entertaining and simple. Its so great to read an expert who as actually applied the information to help thousands of patients the way Fuhrman has, then it seems all the more real. Best wishes, and thanks for taking the time to leave a note.
